Daniel is a qualified meditation instructor and avid adventurer. He tries not to take life too seriously and this is reflected in his retreats, workshops and online classes, making them fun, bold and beneficial for all.
Dan's approach is experiential. By utilizing his wild surroundings to connect the body, mind and spirit, he awakens the soul through the senses and using nature’s tools to bring you back into align with your natural energy.
Ocean plunges and breath work, dance meditations and guided silent sittings are all Dan’s tools which he uses to connect and elevate.
From a teenager Dan was introduced to meditation though pre-recorded meditations then as he grew in age his yearning to connect deeper got him exploring different styles of mediation and visiting the countries that they were discovered in; ecstatic, Vipasana, Zen, mantra, Yoga, Buddhist and active meditations, exploring many different techniques and wild destinations he has created a lifelong curiosity into the world and the self.
