Daniel is a qualified meditation instructor and retreat facilitator. Having struggled with stress and anxiety for many years he discovered meditation and found the benefits on his life transformational. Now 6 years on he shares his love for the craft through retreats, workshops, and online programmes, in the hope of others changing their life through meditation.
Daniel was introduced to meditation though pre-recorded meditations then as he grew in age his yearning to connect deeper got him exploring different styles of mediation and visiting the countries that they were discovered in; ecstatic, Vipassana, Zen, Buddhist and active meditations, exploring many different techniques and wild destinations he has created a lifelong curiosity into the world and the self.
