Deposit
In order to secure your spot at one of the WildBay retreat programs, we kindly ask that you pay 50% deposit. You can pay your deposit through bank transfer. Shortly after you finish your registration, depending on the option you choose you will receive a money request or instructions regarding how to pay the deposit through bank transfer.
Our cancellations policy
All deposits are non refundable or transferable. All bookings are non refundable or transferable. By completing our booking form and paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Full Payment
Full payment has to be made three weeks prior to the retreat start date and to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason we cannot refund your deposit. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat locations, activities and facilitators. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
If We Cancel the Program
In the very unlikely case that Wildbay Retreats cancels any of the retreats/trainings due to too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase cancelation/interruption insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• You cancel your participation in the wellness meditation retreat
• The retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• Lost baggage or personal items
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
Transport to and from Retreats
Travel arrangements to and from the site of the retreats are entirely your responsibility and WildBay Retreats cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations. We can help and give advice on transport.
Circumstances beyond our control
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday caused by bad or unusual weather, illness or injury, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. You will not be entitled to a refund or be able to transfer to another retreat.
CoronaVirus Cancellation Policy – 2021
Booking a retreat during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic you acknowledge that you are taking a risk that circumstances may change following the initial booking. This policy refers to bookings made from January 1st 2021.
If you contract coronavirus prior to the retreat or you are required to self isolate, you will not be able to move your place to another date. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you, should you contract coronavirus or have to self isolate. This is also true should you be unable to attend due a relative that has contracted COVID that you need to look after. We would therefore recommend that if you have booked a retreat and are concerned about a potential order to isolate which may affect your ability to attend, that you start to reduce the time you spend in social areas such as restaurants, bars etc 10 days before the date of your retreat to minimize this risk. It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover you should you contract COVID and are unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend due to a local or national lock-down we will move your place to another retreat of the same cost and match your lodging choice where possible, (if the retreat costs more you will pay the difference). It is YOUR responsibility to let us know if your area goes into a local lock-down. Should we be unable to transfer you to another retreat we will offer you a 100% refund.
If we are unable to run the retreat due to government restrictions we will re arrange the retreat for a different date. If you are unable to attend we will offer you a 100% refund.
