 This 4 week programme is designed instill the habit of meditation into your weekly routine. 


Learn and implement meditation techniques that bring clarity, calmness and awareness into your life through creating healthy habits by taking positive action through meditation. 


Join me every Saturday morning for Conscious Movement Meditation at 10:00am and every Wednesday morning for Guided Seated Meditation at 07:30am for the 4 week duration.

Tailored sessions designed for you. Meditation benefits many aspects of life, hone in on your practice with the help of a facilitator, bringing clarity, calm and positivity into life. Meditation can help elevate many common mental and bodily states:

Book me for a feel good active meditation workshop where they’ll be good vibes a plenty, powerful relaxing techniques to take home and a new lease of life within your crew. Through the use of active and guided meditation and breath work it will make even the most stressed of bosses leave with a pep in their step.
