Before meditating I struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem, and lack of purpose. My happiness was as low as my energy levels, and I had a hard time finding inner peace.
5 years ago, I began to incorporate meditation into my daily routine, I experienced a shift in my mindset. It was an emotional discovery, I noticed I became more focused, present and was handling stress and once difficult situations with more ease and clarity. I felt free. I found passion in learning about meditation in books, travelling to countries to experience more of it and attending retreats. I then studied for my meditation teacher training course in India, to solely at first deepen my practice. But I noticed the need for others to learn the simple yet transformational effect that meditation can have.
